Showcase Tàn Chá’s forward-thinking culinary vision by launching its new vegan Chinese menu in a way that connects with culturally attuned audiences and positions the brand at the intersection of gastronomy, fashion, and sustainability.
RESPONSE
To spotlight the new menu and elevate brand perception, AUTHORITY by AVANTGARDE conceptualized the “Traditional Twist” campaign, an experience-led initiative that brought together culinary mastery and lifestyle storytelling.
We facilitated high-profile collaborations with renowned fashion designer Angelo Estera and sustainable accessories brand Veganologie, culminating in a series of exclusive events that blended fashion with elevated dining. In tandem, our team managed strategic content creation across social platforms and led a comprehensive PR push to amplify campaign visibility.
Impact
The campaign generated a notable increase in brand awareness and customer engagement. Total EMV reached $8,845,773, with 150+ media representatives, influencers, and celebrities in attendance. Social media reach soared to 208,688,408, supported by an expanded content output of 65 bespoke posts across multiple platforms. Strategic influencer partnerships and immersive brand activations drove consistent footfall and repeat visits, with over 5,000 on-ground visitors. Through refined storytelling and highly targeted digital initiatives, the restaurant’s reputation within the luxury dining scene was further reinforced both locally and internationally.
