Develop and execute a one-year PR campaign that elevates AURA Skypool's brand visibility in the UK and Dubai. The campaign should captivate target audiences, drive engagement and reinforce AURA Skypool’s position as a premium lifestyle destination.
RESPONSE
AVANTGARDE’s Dubai and London office collaborated to develop AURA Skypool’s PR Strategy including outlining the key brand pillars, crafting compelling stories, supporting with bespoke events, forging partnerships to foster brand collaborations and amplifying AURA Skypool’s brand positioning.
In the first 3 months, leveraging digital platforms including digital media and influencers, AVANTGARDE generated substantial awareness locally and internationally, ensuring AURA Skypool is consistently recognised as a must-visit Dubai destination.
Key achievements included enhancing the night brunch experience by engaging Dubai-based influencers to attract the local market. For International Yoga Day, AURA Skypool collaborated with Boohoo, the renowned UK online fashion retailer, to host an exclusive wellness and mindfulness event, with AVANTGARDE facilitating influencer and media participation to maximise coverage.
To elevate AURA Skypool’s brand visibility, AVANTGARDE created a London-based influencer campaign built around a Black Cab taxi wrap activation. The content showed the influencer stepping into a cab on a rainy London day and, as she walked out the other side, arriving in sunny Dubai at AURA Skypool. This creative transition metaphorically highlighted the strong connection between London and Dubai, positioning AURA as a destination that continues to attract tourists and celebrities from the UK capital.
Impact
In the first three months, AVANTGARDE secured 61 strategic press placements in leading publications including Condé Nast Traveller, Cosmopolitan, Grazia, Esquire, and Time Out, reaching nearly 62.8 million people. This highly targeted PR campaign generated a substantial media value of $1,746,990, reinforcing AURA’s growing market influence.
Building on this momentum, performance accelerated significantly year-on-year.
2024 Results:
The brand achieved 3,434 mentions, delivering an estimated PR value of $26,000,000 (AED 95,485,000) and an estimated total reach of 1.23 million.
2025 Results:
Momentum surged further in 2025, with 8,257 brand mentions generating an impressive PR value of $200,766,000 (AED 737,313,074) and an estimated total reach of 3.51 billion, marking a transformational expansion in visibility, influence, and global impact.
